In this art class for adults and teens, age 16+, participants will investigate and observe natural specimen to create detailed nature based artworks. Scientific specimen include animal skulls, insect specimen, plant materials, and other natural materials. Participants will work in pencil, pen, and ink with the option to add water media. The class encourages drawing and observational skills, critical thinking, and informs on natural sciences. Participant of all skill levels welcome. The class is free and supplies are provided; however, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Registration begins  June 3rd. Call 503 644-0043, ext. 114 to sign up.
