The social web opens up a world of opportunities for connecting directly with consumers and influencers. However, along with those exciting opportunities comes challenge in balancing engagement versus promotion.

During this presentation, you are encouraged to ask your burning questions about online promotion, social media and web communications. Sarah Moon is a Portland, Oregon-based communications consultant, educator and writer. She focuses her work on collaborating with creative individuals and businesses and helping them navigate the challenges of an ever-changing communications landscape. Sarah also teaches digital communications at the Pacific Northwest College of Art.
