The Friends are governed by an eleven member Board of Directors. They meet regularly, the second Monday of every other month at 7:00 PM at the North Plains Public Library, and the second Monday of the alternate months at 11:30 am at Krissy’s Cafe in North Plains to plan events and fundraising activities.
New members are always welcome to attend!!
